Terms and condtions
Replacement/Refund:Replacement product will be shipped to you within 7 working days. If replacement can’t be provided we will refund the entire amount Warranty Claims as per the Brand’s Warranty Policy
If the item meets the characteristics described by seller and corresponds your request (color, size, configuration, etc.) and there are no defects, such item is not eligible for return and refund. It is only possible to return items which are significantly different from photographs and description provided by the seller.
Please note: In a few casestimes, we don’t accept return/exchange if we have shipped the correct item.This is totally as per our discretion and is handled on a case to case basis.
Duration and mode : You can expect the refund in 3-5 working days directly to your bank account,PayTM, Google Pay,Card,

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at anytime. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Cancellation Policy:
1. You can cancel your order (completely or partially) at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse by sending an e-mail from your registered e-mail ID to kreizmagicshop@gmail.com (or call us at +91-9230010007) with your complete order details.
You cancel the shipment 2 days from order.
2. In case of prepaid orders where payment was made online, (credit card/debit card/e- wallet/net banking) refund will be initiated in the same payment mode as originally used for placing the order. Generally, refund amount gets credited to you in 24 hours of refund initiation.
3. In case of payment mode being bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) or Cheque or COD (Cash on Delivery), please send us an image of cancelled cheque of the account in which you wish your refund, along with the cancellation request.
